   The Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Rural Retreat will hold a Public Hearing on March 22, 2011, 6:00 p.m. in the Rural Retreat Town Hall Council Chambers to receive comments from the public prior to their consideration of granting a variance to the rear yard set-back on Lot Number 5 of the Rolling Acres Subdivision.    The Town of Rural Retreat will accept “Sealed Bids” until 2:00 p.m., April 1, 2011 for the following equipment: 1994 GMC ½ Ton 4X4 Pickup Truck 1996 Ford ¾ Ton 4X4 Pickup Truck 1976 2500 BD International Commercial Tractor All bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid - Equipment” on the outside of the envelope and may be hand delivered to the Town Office at 307 South Main Street or mailed to P. Lot is located at the corner of North Main Street and East Railroad Avenue in the Town of Rural Retreat. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., April 1, 2011 and may be hand delivered to 307 South Main Street or mailed to P. O. Box 130, Rural Retreat, VA 24368.
